Fritsch painted the entire interior and spray finished all trim, including baseboards, casings, doors, frames, and sashes of the Dr. Lanie and Linda Eagleton residence.

Fritsch was the painting subcontractor on the Illinois Municipal Electric Agency (IMEA) new headquarters building, completing painting on ceilings, walls, and floors as well as providing transparent finishes to wood trim.

Fritsch was honored to be a significant partner in the State Capitol House and Senate Chambers renovation project which received multiple awards. The scope of the work was very extensive from ornamental plaster, flat plaster, drywall finishing, painting, and completely stripping and refinishing of all wood in both Chambers simultaneously.

Fritsch prepared the substrates for new finishes, including substantial plaster repair for the First United Methodist Church of Decatur. Fritsch also developed a new color scheme for the interior, which included adding a custom faux finish to columns to resemble stone masonry.
